To raise the overall education level and employment rate in Uru Shimbwe
To sponsor one hundred students from Uru Shimbwe through secondary school.
The goal of Shimbwe Underdog Foundation is to sponsor children in Shimbwe to complete secondary school.
The foundation is a CBO, Community Based Organization, which makes the organization legally allowed to work within the community in Shimbwe.
Uru Shimbwe is a ward located just outside Moshi by the foot of Kilimanjaro.
An underdog is a participant in a fight, conflict, or game who is not expected to win.
